Making a Purchase
If you're a returning customer please login before you start to shop. This will give you access to your previous orders, favourites and stored addresses, which willl make your ordering and checking out process easier and quicker.
If you're a new customer you can create an account using the link at the top of any screen, or when you checkout, so that you'll have access to useful reordering features in the future.
To find the items you need you can navigate to the relevant departments by using the categories and filters, or by searching by keyword, phrase or part number. Then simply put your choices in your basket. When you've finished, click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner and select the checkout button. You'll then be asked for the few details that we need to process your order. If you can't find what you want, or need help with the ordering process, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Once you've placed your order it will be acknowledged by automatic email, and when your order has completed we'll send you a full VAT invoice. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with your order a member of our Sales Team will contact you.
All state funded Educational organisations and local and national government offices automatically qualify for a 30 day account and do not need to apply for one, but you will be asked for a purchase order number at the checkout. You can also pay using a credit, debit or government purchasing card.
